What are the delivery timings and charges?
On Weekdays:
All orders will be delivered within 36 hours after the order has been placed. We have two slots for delivering your order – Morning and Evening. The morning slot is between 6 A.M. and 9 A.M. The evening slot is between 7 P.M. and 11 P.M. For example, if an order is placed at 9 A.M. in the morning today, then it will be delivered at the latest in the evening slot tomorrow. The exact time will be fixed with you as per your convenience over the phone by our delivery team. On Saturdays and Sundays:
All orders will be delivered within 48 hours after the order has been placed. We have two slots for delivering your order – Morning and Evening. The morning slot is between 10 A.M. and 2 P.M. The evening slot is between 7 P.M. and 10 P.M. For example, if an order is placed at 9 A.M. in the morning today, then it will be delivered at the latest in the morning slot the day after tomorrow. The exact time will be fixed with you as per your convenience over the phone by our delivery team. Delivery Charges:
NO delivery charge will be charged for each order.

Can I cancel my order once I place them?

We are sorry that any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.

What if I am not available at home, when the delivery comes?

If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.

How do I find or locate a product?

There are 3 simple ways to locate a product:
1. Browse through the categories to find the product you're looking for. This is like browsing through the shelves in the supermarket.
2. There are over 7000 products in our online store. To find the products according to your needs, a 'Search' facility is also provided. In the space provided for the search keyword, Type the product name, select to search in 'All categories' or select the specific category. A product list matching your search will appear on the screen.
3. Shop from your previous order. Visit "My Orders & Lists" and select "Previous orders". You will be able to select the date of your last delivery. A list of products from your last order will be displayed. You will be able to buy all products from this list or individual products from this list.

Is it possible to search for products by their brand names?

Can I randomly choose any product or the products have to be from a single category?

What if my product is out if stock?

However, in the very rare case of any product being out of stock, Mygrahak.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is 'Out of Stock' status. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card. In the event the payment has been processed by Mygrahak.com the same shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to the customer with a reasonable mode.
